Gert Sibande Tvet College holds graduation ceremony

At total of 150 students from the Standerton campus graduated at the Waterfront Lodge

Gert Sibande Tvet College Campuses held their NCV graduation ceremonies for 662 students on 5 August.

According to the college, the high number of graduates shows growth in the Tvet sector with only 625 students that graduated in 2015.

Sibanesetfu, Evander, Ermelo and Standerton campus held their graduation ceremonies the same day.

Mr Nick Balkrishen, college CEO, attended the graduation ceremony in Evander and addressed the students on the importance of obtaining a certificate.

“No matter what anyone tells you, today you have reaped the benefits of your hard work and this act will inspire others who are looking up to you,” Mr Balkrishen said.
