GS College students to go to China

They will further their studies and They will be exposed to the actual workplace experience at the top 500 Chinese manufacturing companies

Altogether 14 top engineering students from Gert Sibande Tvet College were successfully selected to represent South Africa, the province and the college in China.

They will further their studies and be exposed to the actual workplace experience at the top 500 Chinese manufacturing companies.

This is part of the agreement between the Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services Sector Education and Training Authority (merSETA) and the Chinese government to co-sponsor 200 students to go to China for the duration of 12 months.
