St Peter’s United Church hosts a healing impact weekend in Secunda

Bipolar mood disorder and other mental health issues will be discussed.

The St Peter’s United Church is holding a healing impact weekend from 9 to 11 June.

This event caters for all mental health sufferers, as well as those who live with and support sufferers.

The workshops are engaging, personal and interactive and the goal is to shed light on and give insight into mental health disorders.

Rev Paul Cameron, author, speaker and pastor who has suffered from bipolar mood disorder for 40 years and has experience in the healing ministry for more than 20 years, will lead the programme.

He helps people to move from awareness to a practical approach and to praying for holistic healing.

The weekend includes workshops on Friday evening at 6.30pm and on Saturday morning from 8.30am to 12.30pm.

The cost for the two workshops is R120.

Everyone is invited to join them for the Sunday morning service at 9am that will also be lead by Rev Cameron.
