TYT donates uniforms at Phumula Primary

This is part of the organisation's winter programme where they tutor learners.

Township Youth Transformation (TYT), in partnership with Ditiro Tsaka, donated school uniforms at Phumula Primary School last Tuesday.

The organisation founded in early 2014 helps learners prepare for their exams by assisting them Mathematics and Science as well as mentoring them about their journey after Grade 12.

They motivate young people to stay in school, hone their talents, skills and give them tools to execute their goals.

This is part of the organisation’s winter programme where they tutor learners.

“We want to encourage the learners, uplift them so they have the drive to wake up every day, come to school to get an education,” said TYT chairman, Ayanda Nkosi.

Phumula Primary School principal, Mr M Mlotshwa, welcomed the contribution, saying that such good deeds go a long way to enhancing the life of a leaner.
He urged other local business owners to invest in education and learners, as they are the future.
