Laerskool Ermelo said goodbye to three teachers this year as they retire from their teaching career.
Ms Marie du Preez leaves the school after 40 years teaching the Grade 2 class.
Ms Irene van der Merwe says goodbye after teaching the senior classes mathematics and computer sciences for 35 years.

Ms Kotie Pretorius retires after 20 years teaching the senior classes social services and life orientation.
The school thanked them for their considerable years of service and wished them all the best in their retirement.
