Nhlanhla Mkhabela appeared in the Bethal Magistrate’s Court and was sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment for robbery, of which three years were suspended.
The robbery occurred on 12 August at Speedy Cash Loans in Bethal.
Two men entered the premises forcefully and opened the security door.
They were wearing gloves, pushed the victim to the ground and demanded the keys to the safe.
