[UPDATE] Secunda magistrate denies bail for accused in R100 million fraud case

Mr Jaco Jordaan has been denied bail in the Secunda Magistrate’s Court.

Magistrate Faith Kekana presided.

The case was postponed to 13 April.


Mr Jaco Jordaan, a businessman from Gauteng who has been arrested for allegedly defrauding more than a hundred residents from Kriel and Secunda is bringing an application for bail in the Secunda Magistrate’s Court today.
