Louis Thabethe: Either the MM and Mayor resign or we escalate matters

The ANC representative and Dipaleseng Mayor, Mr Mafunda Makhubo, received the memorandum from the demonstrators on 12 March.

The ANC’s Regional Executive Committee will give businesses and the community feedback on 15 March on their demands.

The key element outlined in the memorandum was the immediate resignation of Municipal Manager, Ms Gugu Mhlongo-Ntshangase, and Executive Mayor, Mr Linda Dhlamini.
