A driver of a bakkie fled after allegedly causing an accident in Beyers Naudé Street on 14 March.
The driver allegedly made an illegal right turn into the street.
“I tried to swerve away from the bakkie, but it was too late,” Dr Ismael Sedibe said.
No one sustained any injuries during the incident.
