eMBALENHLE – Police are investigating the murder of two stabbing victims in Mandela Section.
According to the police they were informed by Evander Hospital that people in two cars brought three men to the hospital. Two were dead and one was in a critical condition. He is recovering in hospital from his stab wounds.
On arrival the police found the first deceased sustained stab wounds to the neck and stomach, while the second deceased sustained several stab wounds to the body.
Const Busisiwe Mthethwa, police spokesman, said it is unclear what happened, but the police are working round the clock to get to the bottom of the murders.
“Our team is investigating the matter and we will wait for the other victim to fully recover so we can question him.
“We are pleading with the community to help us with information.”
