eMbalenhle shop owner shot during robbery

eMBALENHLE – A shop owner was shot in the foot during a recent robbery.

According to police the shop owner was sleeping in another room when he heard a sound. He went to investigate and saw three suspects.

One pointed a firearm at him and told him to go back to the shop. He allegedly refused and the suspect shot him in the foot.

Cigarettes and airtime, among others, were stolen during the robbery. No one has been arrested yet.
