Attempted murder suspect in custody
The suspect will appear in court again on Thursday, 29 March.

eMBALENHLE – Kadi M was denied bail by the Evander Magistrate Court on Thursday, 22 March.
He is facing various charges, including attempted murder, robbery, possession of stolen property, illegal immigrant and possession of dagga.
His arrest came after he and other suspects allegedly robbed a family in Mandela Section.
Police received a complained that six African men entered a house and pointed a fire arm at a woman and demanded money.
On arrival, the police were told that one woman was shot and taken to Evander Hospital.
Cpt Busi Mthethwa, police spokesman, said police interviewed those who were on scene but they refused to open a case and to give information.
She said the police then went to the hospital to find the victim, however her sister denied them a chance to speak to the victim.
“My colleagues then left. However the woman came to the police station after she was discharged from the hospital.
“A case was opened and the police apprehended the suspect.”
Kadi M was remanded in custody and will appear in court again on Thursday, 29 March.
