The Gert Sibande District Municipality presented its draft of the Integrated Development Plan (IDP) and Budget for the 2018/2019 financial year at Thuthukani Community Hall on 24 April.
At a special council meeting in the chambers of the Lekwa Municipality on 18 April, the Executive Mayor, Mr Linda Dhlamini, tabled a draft of the IDP and budget for the 2018/2019 financial year which have to be circulated for public participation.

The public are encouraged to take time and look at the documents as their comments will play a vital role in its final approval.
