Mayflower police arrest woman for violating a protection order after threatening neighbour in Suncity

Mayflower Police arrested a 33-year-old woman on Saturday, 5 May for violation of a protection order taken out against her by her neighbour.

“The woman was specifically told not to threaten or harass the complainant, but she went out and threatened to stab her,” said Const Tryphina Utla, police spokesman.

The woman appeared in the Mayflower Periodical Court on Monday and is under police supervision for further investigation.
