The Delmas High Court postponed the case of the murdered traffic officer again because the suspect’s legal representation called in sick.
Mr Bongani Nkumba was gunned down while on duty on 5 August 2016 and the accused, Mr Thabo Mohoesi, pleaded guilty last year June.
The first sentencing date would have 13 October last year.
