Fire destroys house in eMbalenhle

eMBALENHLE – A seven room shack in Ext 17 was destroyed in a fire this afternoon, 8 August.

The fire apparently originated in one of the rooms at about 2pm and rapidly spread to engulf the entire structure.

Mr Alf Byleveldt from Jelani Security and the municipal firebrigade were speedily on the scene and managed to stop the fire from spreading to neighbouring rooms and homes.
