Motorist injured when car rolls near Unicor Dam

EVANDER – A motorist was injured when his car overturned closed to Unicor Dam, Evander, this afternoon, 16 October.

The motorist was driving in the direction of Secunda when he lost control over the vehicle. The accident happened at about 1pm.

The motorist was treated and transported to hospital by Langamed South Ambulance Services.

Municipal firefighters disconnected the car’s battery to prevent it from catching fire.

Sectri Autobody, GTR and JTR were on the scene.
