Various towns throughout the world will have people doing aerobic exercises in the pool from 9am to 12pm on 10 November.

Secunda’s event will be held at the AquaZone Pool Hyper and Waterpark.

The entry fee is R50 per person and all the proceeds will go the MC Foundation that helps youngsters further their education.

Participants are also asked to take along a tin of non perishable food that will be donated to charity.

The event is suitable for everyone – including non-swimmers, but parents should take note to take charge of their own kids as the presenters will be only focused on exercising.
