Evander resident wants to find owner of strange balloon

EVANDER – Ms Alicia Canay from Victoria Road in Evander found a rather unusual object in her garden this morning, 4 November.

“A pink balloon with a pink pacifier attached to it landed here,” explained Ms Canay.

It will be interesting to find out who this belongs to, how far it traveled and what the story behind the pacifier is.
