eMBALENHLE – Police are looking for robbery suspects who allegedly robbed a local loan shark recently in Extension 26.
According to the police, the victim and his wife were sleeping when he was awaken by an unknown man.
He pointed a firearm at them and threatened him not to move or scream.
It is alleged that another man tied up the victims and instructed them to show him where the money was.
Police said the victim showed them a briefcase with an amount of R20 000 and they also took various items such as bags, jewellery and alcohol to the value of R20 000.
The suspects fled the scene.
No one has yet been arrested as police are investigating.
