Mr Jannie Kasselman of Kasselman Security Services (KSS) alerted the Standerton Advertiser on 8 July about a housebreaking in Nelson Mandela Drive, Meyerville.
According to Mr Kasselman, the suspect gained access to the house and attacked a woman.
Emergency services was on the scene and the woman sustained no serious injuries.
The suspect stole R200 and fled in an unknown direction.
He is about 1.7m and wore a black balaclava, black hoodie, black pants and black Tommy-shoes.
