eMBALENHLE – The police are urgently looking for the family of three people who died in unrelated events last year.

One of these bodies have been in the state mortuary for almost a year and must urgently be buried.

This African man died on 11 August last year from injuries sustained in what appears to have been mob justice in Ext 18, eMbalenhle.

He is between 35 and 45 old. He died on the scene and the pathologist took the body to the mortuary where it has remained since.

Another man of about 40 years of age, died in the Evander Hospital on 22 November. According to the police he was assaulted.

A third man, who was also assaulted, died in the Evander Hospital on 21 December. He is also estimated between the ages of 35 and 45 years.

Anyone with information on the identities of these men, must contact the eMbalenhle Police or the police pathologists at Evander.

If these bodies are unclaimed, they will receive a pauper burial.
