Standerton Police investigating murder case after divers retrieve body from Vaal River

Divers retrieved the body of Mr Lusanda Dube (27) at the Standerton River Park on Monday, 14 September.

Standerton Police, Emergency Medical Services and Kasselman Security Services were at the scene.

According to W/O Nkosinati Khanyile. communications officer of the Standerton Police, an inquest was originally opened, but changed to a murder investigation.

W/O Khanyile requested the public not to perform any rituals at the Vaal River.
