VIDEO – Learners of Kwadela Secondary School in Davel do the Jerusalema dance on Heritage Day

She said: “The theme was to keep a girl learner in school during examinations by donating sanitary towels and sanitizer to them.”

Ms Audrey Maleka, member of parliament, donated sanitary towels and other items to learners of Kwadela Secondary School in Davel on 24 September. 

A total of 60 learners received donations on Heritage Day. 

Ms Maleka gave motivated learners and explained to them what Heritage Day is all about. 

She said: “The theme was to keep a girl learner in school during examinations by donating sanitary towels and sanitizer to them.”

After donations were handed out learners participated in the Jerusalema dance challenge.
