Before the proceedings went on to the topic of the day, pulsating renditions of Jerusalema gave attendees a chance to strut their stuff.
A round of applause was given to the special guest, Sister Annelise Dansey.
She gave an informative talk on cancer and gave tips to women on how to check their breasts.
Men were not excluded from getting useful information.
