Learners from Marietjie School in Secunda learn about telephone etiquette

Companies invest in special learners in Secunda

SECUNDA – Learners of Marietjie School are thankful for the course Edu Maks gave them in September.

Altogether 30 learners of the school took part in the course and they obtained certificates in telephone etiquette and attention management after they successfully completed the course.

A few learners received special awards for their performance and character during the week long course.

These learners are Aubrey Sibeko (kindest learner), Thuli Charlotte Mngenela (most talkative learner), Batiste-Skhumbuzo Mthethwa (best learner), Lesedi Mahlangu (best motivator), Yonela Mahanjana (most supportive learner), Thabang Thabethe (entertainer of the week), Lucas Radebe (personality of the week), Sandile Manana and Mosa Twala (best participants of the week) and Siphiwe Nkosi and Thabiso Mlangeni received special medals.

The biggest award went to Sibusiso Tshabalala who received a full bursary to train to become an artisan.

Goodman Mayisela received an award for being the best student of the week.

The principal of Marietjie School, Ms Mariane Ueckermann, thanked Mining IPP and Edu Maks who made the week possible.
