Famsa holds annual general meeting in Secunda
Welfare organisation needs new volunteers.
SECUNDA – Famsa Highveld Ridge held its annual general meeting (AGM) on Friday, 16 October at Graceland Hotel, Casino and Country Club and the stakeholders and sponsors were acknowledged for their support throughout the year.
Famsa’s audited financial statements were presented and available for perusal and the external auditing company, Pretorius and Co. chartered accountants, were appointed to oversee Famsa’s payroll and accounting duties.
This organisation’s success stories and accomplishments for the financial year of 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020 were also shared and Famsa called upon the community to apply for positions on the volunteers’ board.
The board needs a new marketing official, human resources representative, a vice-chairman and a community liaison representative.
