Evander Ratepayers’ Association to host a weekly flea market
The first flea market will kick off on Sunday, March 26, from 08:00 to 16:00.
In a fight to take back their town, members of the Evander Ratepayers Association have come up with the initiative of hosting a flea market.
All money raised from the occupation of stalls and donations will go straight back into the community through clean-up campaigns, closing up of potholes and the general running of the town.
The ERA is hoping to see this become a weekly flea market.
The first flea market will kick off on Sunday, March 26, from 08:00 to 16:00.
Stalls will be erected at the Library Square.
The cost of a 3mx 3m stall is R50 for the day.
This is a great opportunity for those who wish to display and sell their arts, crafts, clothes, garden, home improvements and more.
The ERA is calling on locals throughout the area of Trichardt, Evander, Kinross and Secunda to support this initiative and to help make it possible for the flea market to become a weekly one.
