Evander High School’s soccer boys beat Highveld Park High School

EHS first-team soccer boys won their match 2-0 against Highveld Park High School on Wednesday, May 4.

May has taken off on a winning note for Evander High School athletes who have been doing exceptionally well both on the courts and fields.

EHS first soccer team beat Highveld Park High School with 2–0 on Wednesday, May 4.

On the hockey pitch, a tough match was played on Wednesday, May 4, with both boys U/16 and the first team.

In league matches, the U/16 boys beat Hoërskool Ligbron 4–1.

The first team also claimed their victory against Hoërskool Ligbron beating them 1–0.

A special thanks went out to Seeff Properties for sponsoring a gazebo and a few other exciting things.

Both the U/16 and first team hockey girls competed in a league match against Hoërskool Patriot on Tuesday, May 3.

The GU/16 hockey team beat Hoërskool Patriot 8–0.

The first team also claimed their win against Hoërskool Patriot with a score of 5–0

On the netball court, EHS also competed against Hoërskool Patriot on May 3.

The GU/14 netball team won a whopping 13–6 against Hoërskool Patriot.

The U/16 netball girls also saw a victory in their match when they beat Hoërskool Patriot 17–3.
