Laerskool Kalie de Haas hosted a netball league competition on Saturday, May 28.
Players from Hoërskool Platorand in Belfast, Hoërskool Jim van Tonder in Bethal, Hoërskool WH de Klerk in eMalahleni (Witbank) and Hoërskool George Hofmeyr competed against one another.
The girls were enthusiastically encouraged to give it their best shot.
The Georgies were placed second in the U/14-category and Open C leagues and victorious in the U/15-, U/16-, Open B- and Open A-category.
All their teams have progressed to the next round of leagues that will take place in Middelburg/Witbank on June 10 and June 11.
The venue still needs to be confirmed.
