Darts players from Govan Mbeki Club in Secunda compete in LMN tournament in Limpopo
Francois Peens of Emakhazeni and local Leslie Naidoo of Sasol Darts Club claimed a victorious first place in the men's doubles championship.
Darts players from the Limpopo, Mpumalanga and North West Province competed in the LMN Tournament held in Limpopo on October 1.
From Eagles Darts Club and a representative of the Mpumalanga Darts Federation, Jason Bernard was crowned as the junior singles champion.
Francois Peens of Emakhazeni and local, Leslie Naidoo of Sasol Darts Club, claimed a victorious first place in the men’s doubles championship.
The Mpumalanga men’s team was the runner-up in the tournament with the Mpumalanga women’s team also placed as the runner-up.

The Mpumalanga masters were also runners-up. The Mpumalanga juniors won the team event.
Scoring the maximum score of 180 were Terry Scheepers, Mac McLaren, Rees Naidoo and Jason Bernard.
Scoring the second-highest scores of 140 were Karen Naidoo, Jason Bernard and Zander Saaiman who reached this score twice.
It took Scheepers 14 darts, Rees Naidoo 15 darts and Karen Naidoo 20 darts to achieve their goals. Rees closed the game with 133.
