Parkrunners take on Secunda parkrun #374
Some 241 parkrunners ran, jogged or walked the 5km route.
Parkrunners walked, jogged, or ran the 374th Secunda Parkrun on October 8, with 241 parkrunners participating.
The first three women to cross the 5km finish line were Minette van den Berg, Sarah-Ann Francke, and Emilia le Roux.
The first three men to finish were Pienaar Janse van Rensburg, Wege Viljoen and Rex Jefferies.
Congratulations to these 17 parkrunners who ran their best times: Zedec Jefferies 0:20:23, Brandon Visagie 0:23:57, Elias du Preez 0:24:15, Alexander Bezuidenhout 0:25:08, Daniel Frier 0:27:44, Hayley Louw 0:31:45, James Cane 0:33:56, Nita Janse van Rensburg 0:34:09, Jacky Olivier 0:36:22, Rochel Clarke 0:38:53, Frans Maritz 0:40:21, Chantal Viljoen 0:44:43, Adri le Roux 0:45:24, Chante Austen 0:48:46 and Sisabetha Vilakazi 0:52:20.
The parkrun Secunda SA family welcomed first-time parkrunners Wyonna Botha, Asimenye Kapito, Chana and Nadine Dunn, Marlane Pillay, Tayler Strydom, Ria Brink and Lucille Jacobs.
