Archers from Laerskool Trichardt aim for the top
Teacher is selected as provincial coach.
Laerskool Trichardt’s archers’ aim was spot-on when the school was announced as the Mpumalanga school team winners for archery when competing at Hoërskool Generaal Hertzog on July 20.
Laerskool Trichardt’s victory continued when archers Arno-Louw Swart, Brendan Venter, Pierre van Rensburg, Elzann Taljaard (coach), Unami Makhoba, Jana Posthumas-Meyjes (captain), Sean Posthumus-Meyjes, Merieke de Klerk, Tahila Reynders and Reinhardt Reynders made selection for the Mpumalanga archery team.
Taljaard was selected as coach for her Mpumalanga team, and Jana was named captain. Out of 16 team members, the Laerskool Trichardt archers claimed nine team spots.
