The Mpumalanga Department of Education MEC, Cathy Dlamini has arrived at Thomas Nhlabathi Secondary School where a matric learner was stabbed with a knife by a Grade 10 learner on February 28.

The wounded learner died at a clinic on the same day.

Officials from the department are currently providing psychological support to the learners after the tragic incident.
