Rate your SAPS with QR online survey
You can rate any police station in your area with a quick scan of a QR code and submit an online survey.

You can rate your local SAPS with just a scan of a QR code and a quick online survey that can take you less than five minutes.
The Rate Our Service survey was launched nationally in 2023, and Secunda station commander Colonel Vena Sigo encourages the public to make use of this survey to help assist police in improving its service.
It’s as simple as pointing your camera and following the pop-up instructions.
Step one: Open your camera app. If you are using a smartphone, you can scan QR codes directly with your camera app. Just open your camera like you are about to take a photo.
Step two: Point your camera at the QR code. Hold your camera steady and point at the QR code. Make sure the entire QR code is within the camera frame.
Step three: Wait for it to scan. You don’t need to press any buttons. Just keep the camera focused on the code and it should recognise the QR code automatically.
Step four: Follow the prompt. A notification or pop-up message will be displayed with actions associated with the QR code.
Step five: Take action. Depending on the QR code’s content, follow the action.
• For example, if it is a website, tap on the notification to open the web page.
• If it’s contact information, you can save it to your contacts.
• If it’s a Wi-Fi network, you may be prompted to join it.
