Sasol Ringball Club players advance to the third round of the RingballSA National tournament

Sasol Ringball Club players received their provincial colours and will be competing in the upcoming RingballSA Exhibition games.

Players from the Sasol Secunda Ringball Club competed in the second round of the RingballSA National Tournament in Polokwane on September 6.

They have now advanced to the final round, which will take place in Krugersdorp on September 20. The first round of the tournament was held in Pretoria on August 18.

In addition to their strong performance, several players were selected to represent various South African teams in the upcoming RingballSA Exhibition Games, which will be hosted in Pretoria, Polokwane, Mindalore, Krugersdorp and the West Rand.

Linda Jordaan, who plays for the Puma Ringball Federation women’s team, has also been chosen to take part in the prestigious RingballSA President’s League.

The club achieved a 100% success rate in the Mpumalanga North Ringball District, with 18 players earning their provincial colours.

The selected players are: Karlienke van der Berg, Nicole Potgieter (captain), Mianke van der Watt, Annebel Combrink, Logan Potgieter, Rochelle Symons, Trix van der Berg, Adri Potgieter, Rayno Weber, Alex Maartens, Ian van der Watt, Leonard Broodryk, Willie Potgieter, Elgar Guy, Warren Brown, Linda Roodt, Ansa Potgieter and Corrie Potgieter.
