December 3 will be the Secunda Senior Citizens’ Club's final meeting and marks the end of the social club’s 49 years.

At the top of the shop, in the numbers called out during Bingo at the Secunda Senior Citizens’ Club meeting, was 90.

The game was held at the Davieshof Dienssentrum on November 5. Club treasurer Sharen Wickens opened the get-together with a scripture reading and a prayer.

The club’s fate has been decided. November 19 will be its last meeting, where members can enjoy a game of Bingo. Members will gather for a Christmas lunch on December 3 to mark the end of nearly five decades for the club.
