Fitness crew teaches aerobics at wellness day in Standerton

The event formed part of Seriti’s Wellness Day.

The Morning Glory Fitness Crew paid another visit to Standerton on December 6, bringing their aerobics expertise to the Seriti wellness day.

According to Tshidiso Ndlovu (Skaapie), this event was the best he has attended in Standerton, with enthusiastic sport and fitness enthusiasts of every shape and size.

“We started with a small group, but slowly filled up the hall,” said Ndlovu.

He stated that the event was well co-ordinated and the people were excited to attend the class.

Though most participants joined the workout for fun and knew little of aerobics and the routines, everyone walked out with basic knowledge of how to practise aerobics.
