Three girls, one of whom looks like she is still in primary school, were recently seen at the duck pond in Secunda vandalising a park bench.

The three were first seen making a fire in the park and later dousing it with water.

They then proceeded to a nearby concrete bench. Video footage shows the girls forcefully breaking the bench.

The resident who recorded the incident from a distance and who wants to remain anonymous, said the Groenstrook Gabbas and the community work hard to keep the green strips neat and clean, just for children to destroy it.
