eMbalenhle local retains position as second deputy of national taxi council

The Vukanini Taxi Association and Mpumalanga South African taxi council chairperson, Fanyana Sibanyoni has been re-elected as second national deputy president of the South African National Taxi Council (Santaco).

Santaco concluded its two-day national elective conference held at the Birchwood Hotel and OR Tambo Conference Centre in Ekurhuleni on May 26, where delegates elected the organisation’s leadership for the 2026 to 2030 term.

Sibanyoni also retained his position as the Mpumalanga Santaco chairperson during the organisation’s provincial conference held at the Lillian Ngoyi Centre in Secunda on March 12.
