eMbalenhle police are on the hunt for two men who broke into a house in Ext 18, robbed the occupants and then raped two women (aged 18 and 32) during the early hours of Tuesday (November 11).
The suspects gained entry to the house at around 02:30 through a sliding door that was not locked because of a broken handle.
According to the police, the masked men were armed with dangerous weapons and threatened their victims. They demanded money, tied up some of the people in the home and then ransacked the house. The two women were allegedly raped before the suspects fled with their loot.
