The Sunboy Wellness Experience invites the community to a pop-up wellness show to be held at eMbalenhle Sasol Club.

The Sunboy Wellness Experience invites the Govan Mbeki Municipality community to a six-hour pop-up show that will be held at eMbalenhle Sasol club on Saturday, January 28.

Activities of the day will include an indoor bootcamp, a full body cardio workout, rope skipping, hi-lo, box, steps and a strictly ABS endurance workout.

Attendees will experience what wellness is all about.

Entrance is free.

Theme of the day is black and white.
