A 51-year-old man was shot dead this morning Thursday, March 30 in Leandra by unknown men.

It is alleged that the deceased what shot dead next to his gate as he was about to leave for work.

Police found 16 cartridges and an unused bullet next to his body.

No arrests have yet been made and the cause of the shooting is currently still unknown.
