Bronkhorstspruit’s Sector 1 CPF executive committee elected

Mark Niemand is the new chairman. He hopes for the support from the business community.

A new executive committee for the Bronkhorstspruit police’s Sector 1 CPF was recently elected.

Mark Niemand is the new chairman, Sicelo Motha the deputy chairman, Maryna Fondse the secretary, Thebogo Kgoshane the deputy secretary, Peter Mahlangu is the treasurer, and Charmain Ras is the public relations officer.

The four additional members are Gugu Skosana, Henlu Venter, Peter Matshika and Christo Viktor.

Station commander Colonel Maqhawe Simon Dhladhla spoke at this meeting about the executive committee’s task to uplift and guide all the sub-sectors.

Dhladhla asked the committee to help the police achieve their objectives before next year’s elections and to help during the elections.

They were asked to ensure the precise activation and involvement of all sub-sectors in Sector 1, which include Cultura, Versterpark, Masada, Erasmus, Bester and Riamarpark.

Dhladhla was grateful a new committee was elected and wished them well.

The Bronkhorstspruit Community Policing Forum (BHCPF) chairman, November Mbonani, said he appreciated establishing this level between him and the sub-sectors. He said it eased the burden on the Bronkhorstspruit CPF.

The new Sector 1 chairman asked the residents of the areas in this sector to join their ranks. Niemand hoped the business community would also help the committee succeed.
