Red Star Parkrun goes from strength to strength

The Red Star Raceway Parkrun (RSR) #109 was a full-track run event and took place on July 8.

The Red Star Parkrun offers a free, fun, friendly and safe weekly 5km event.

According to Jacky Grassman, the event director, the 5km can be jogged, walked or for the fitter participants, it can be run.

The Red Star Parkrun takes place every Saturday morning at 08:00 at the Red Star Raceway, situated just off the N12-highway, direction Witbank.

There is no cost for joining, but participants need to register.

“We all take part for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace.”
