Thank you Musa and René

I would like to thank my boss, Ms René Lee, manager at Pick n Pay, who gave me the opportunity to work there as cashier as well as Mr Muso Khumalo for his help when I grew up.

My name is Sbusiso Goodman Thabede.

I am 24 years old and began carpentry when I was 15 years old and doing Grade 8.

Mr Musa Khumalo in my neighbourhood taught me the job.

I used to work with him when I knocked-off at school and helped him until I finished my matric in 2012.

After I finished my matric, my sister took me to Mpumalanga because she got a job for me at McDonald’s, Secunda.

I worked there for a long period, but decided to resign last year because of less income.

I got another job early this year in Standerton at Pick n Pay and used to save money because I wanted to buy material to open a business.

Luckily I got the opportunity to build a wall unit.

I would like to thank my boss, Ms René Lee, manager at Pick n Pay, who gave me the opportunity to work there as cashier as well as Mr Muso Khumalo for his help when I grew up.

Sbusiso Thabede.
