The men put on a good fight, but the women won most of the matches.
Netball players from the Standerton Netball Club dominated when they took on their male counterparts in friendly matches on 17 April.
The men put on a good fight, but the women won most of the matches.
The women’s B1 team scored 15 goals and the men managed to score five, while the women’s A team scored the most goals of the day.
They scored 16 goals and the men’s team only six.
The men’s B2 team defeated the women’s team, scoring eight goals and the women five.
The coaches and some of the players competed in the last match and the women won after scoring seven goals to the men’s three.
