Stone Breakers qualify for next round

KINROSS – Stone Breakers FC’s coach, Mr Joshua Nkosi, could not hide his excitement after they had defeated Batlokwa FC at Kinross Sasol Club.
The two teams met each other on Saturday, 12 November in the Nedbank Cup playoffs.
The match was tense as both teams were fighting for the opportunity to represent the district at regional level.
Mr Nkosi said his team missed many opportunities for scoring goals.
Both scored one goal each and then went into penalties during which Stone Breakers emerged the winners.
“I am happy that we won.
“We were playing against a team that we did not know and the won helped us gain confidence.
“I know that the coming games will be much more difficult, but we are ready,” said Mr Nkosi.
