Juventus loses to Inner City but wins the league

Inner City FC came from a goal down to beat log leaders, Juventus FC, 2 – 1 in the Lekwa Football League on 22 April.

Juventus FC had already won the league with two matches yet to play.

Juventus led with 55 points, while Inner City was sixth on the log.

Juventus FC took early advantage by scoring in the second minute and Inner City settled in and began creating chances to get an equaliser.

Chance after chance, they just could not find that killer-pass for the goal, but that did not stop them from trying as they kept Juventus on the back foot.
