Bethal Bears Cricket Club hosts first Corporate Cricket Day
Club thanks all sponsors for making day possible.
BETHAL – Sportsmen enjoyed Bethal Bears Cricket Club’s first corporate cricket day.
The club hosted this day with Momentum on Saturday, 9 June at Laerskool HM Swart.
Altogether eight teams took part and the Bethal Boere team was the winners of the day.
They beat Momentum’s team in the finals.
Jean Greyling of Pems was the best bowler and the best batsman was Gert van der Merwe of the TWK team.
Van der Merwe also won the award for the most sixes and Greyling was named the man of the tournament.
All the players and winning teams received prizes from Eastvaal Ford Secunda.
Bethal Bears’ management thanked all the teams for taking part, as well as Laerskool HM Swart, Mr Jaco Dorfling and everyone who helped to make the day successful.
